This inner tube production line is used for producing the truck/OTR/Agricultural tire tube with automatic program.

This production line adopts automatic tube valve hole punching and fixing device, driven by servo motor with high accuracy and stable performance.

It consists of take-away section, measuring section, cooling section, drying section, automatic tube valve hole punching and valve fixing device,offset marking printer, automatic powder spraying device, cutting device, pick up section,etc.

The whole line is controlled by PLC, the length of tube can be adjusted on touch screen.
